2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time slot may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for cancellations made outside of the 24-hour window are subject to an administrative fee.
In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or maintenance issues, users will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
